If you live in Spartanburg, Union, or Cherokee County and do not have health insurance coverage and are not eligible for either Medicaid or Medicare, you might be eligible for the AccessHealth Spartanburg program.

Contact us today to start the process of determining your eligibility. After getting some basic information from you, we will work to get you an answer as soon as possible on your enrollment application. Even if you do not qualify for enrollment in the AccessHealth Spartanburg program, we often are able to connect you to other social services and assistance.

Our basic eligibility requirements are:

• Resident of Spartanburg, Union, or Cherokee County
• Without health insurance (including Medicare, Medicaid or VA benefits)
• Living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level

If you do not meet all of those requirements, you may still receive some help. We help everyone, client or not, get in touch with the resources they need.
