Connecting To Resources

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and AccessHealth recently launched an initiative, Unite Us, to improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve by connecting clients with community based organizations using a streamlined process for sending and receiving referrals.  This cross-sector collaboration helps to, not only facilitate referrals, but to monitor and track the impact of our efforts to ensure a closed-loop process.  With Unite Us, we are able to easily connect our clients to a variety of local resources to ensure needs are identified and met effectively and efficiently.
