Angie joined AccessHealth in 2020 as an AccessHealth Specialist. She started out managing the front desk for the first two years before she transitioned into the CHW position in 2022. She has worked with Spartanburg Regional for thirteen years and has experience working in the Emergency Room as well as an Insurance Specialist.

Angie graduated Virginia College in 2013 where she earned an Associate degree in Medical Reimbursement and Coding. When asked what she loves about her job at AccessHealth she says “I love seeing the positive impact that we have with our community, and to be able to bridge the gaps that they have been facing makes my job so rewarding. “ As a Community Health Worker, Angie is responsible for providing case management services and connecting clients to medical and social resources to improve healthy outcomes.

Angie and her husband Jay reside in Boiling Springs, and in her time off she enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and being a Nuna to nine grandchildren.
